• About Crassula ovata

  Succulents is an umbrella term for a large group of plants that have thick, fleshy leaves and live in warm, drought-prone locations in the wild. Crassula ovata, or Suri to her friends, is one of the most popular succulents. Thinking about where Suri hails from will give you a good idea about how to take care of her. She doesn’t need much watering at all – her leaves are used to store water – and she’ll be happiest in a bright, sunny spot. If you’re feeling generous, you can give her a feed with cacti and succulent fertiliser once per month in spring and summer to help her grow.

  When watering your plants, always remove them from the decorative pot first and allow any excess water to drain completely before putting the plant back in the pot. Due to the nature of the material, excess water may escape.
