  Salt and chocolate make for the perfect partnership. This 70% dark chocolate bar from Ocelot has a salty-sweet kick thanks to Blackthorn Sea Salt, which is hand-harvested from a thorn tower on the wild west coast of Scotland. It really is worth its salt.

  Ocelot was cooked up in a kitchen in Edinburgh by Founders Matt and Ish, and all of its bars are made in Dundee from certified organic chocolate using unrefined cane sugar. You won’t find any preservatives or emulsifiers here.
