Terms & Conditions for The Art of Joy Giveaway

Specific Terms and Conditions for The Art of Joy giveaway. This competition is only open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over on the day they enter the competition.

• Competition closes at midnight on the 31st January 2026.
• The winner will be messaged by Patch plants directly via email after the 2nd February 2026. The winner will not be contacted in any other means or by any other accounts. If the winner has not acknowledged their win within 5 days of being informed, then we reserve the right to select an alternative winner for the competition
• The prize package cannot be exchanged for any monetary value and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Patch voucher code will be sent to the winner by Patch. Lumie, Our Place, Papersmiths, This Works and Citizens of Soil prizes will be fulfilled by each brand individually.
• The Patch voucher is capped at £250 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or voucher codes. This is a one-time use voucher, valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is redeemable at www.patchplants.com 
• The Patch voucher is valid for one order only, and cannot be split across multiple orders. Value not used in the first transaction cannot be used for subsequent orders.

• Entrants can select to unsubscribe from any of the six partners' communications at any time.
• You can opt out at any time through links in the emails you receive or as set out in the Patch privacy policy and the Lumie privacy policy, Our Place privacy policy, Papersmiths privacy policy, This Works privacy policy and Citizens of Soil privacy policy. If consent is given, the entrant’s personal data will be shared with all partners involved. Please refer to each brand's privacy policy to see how they will use the entrant's personal data.
• By participating in the competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and any other specific rules or guidelines provided by the organiser. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the competition.
• Limitation of Liability: The organiser, its agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or servers.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
