• About our Shade loving bundle

  Not all plants want to bask in sunshine. In fact, some are quite happy living in the cool, shadier corners of our homes, which is great news for those of us with north-facing rooms or darker spaces. This plant-and-pot bundle includes three of our best shade-loving houseplants, which not only tolerate but thrive in low light – from Susie the Snake plant to Cassie the ZZ plant and Rick the Dracaena fragrans.

  While all three of these plants will still need some natural light to survive – a windowless room won’t cut it – they’ll happily hang out in the darker corners of your home. They’ll actually tolerate pretty much any light condition, so you can move them around your space as you wish. 

  Just like light levels, they’re very relaxed about watering. All three of these plants are drought tolerant, so you only need to give them a drink when their soil has completely dried out. They’ll need even less in winter.

  Rick needs a little moisture to keep his leaves looking fresh, so mist them occasionally, group him with other plants to create a humid microclimate, or keep him in a steamy room such as a kitchen or bathroom. The other two aren’t as fussed.

  This set includes our Ceramic Glaze pots in Green, Blue and Cream. Team all three of your plants together for maximum foliage, or spread them around the house for pops of green in every room. Please note, due to the nature of these materials, excess water may escape – we always recommend removing your plant from its decorative pot when watering, and allowing any excess water to drain completely.
