Support Galop this Pride month
This Pride month, we’re supporting Galop, the leading LGBT+ anti-abuse charity working with and for victims and survivors of abuse. To help support Galop’s important work providing life-saving services and campaigning for change, we’ll be donating £1 for every Penny the Chinese Money Plant sold throughout June.
About Galop
Galop is the UK’s leading LGBT+ by-and-for victim support service, working with more than 10,000 LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence every year. The charity runs four national support helplines, as well as providing longer-term support through advocacy and casework services. With over 40 years’ experience, Galop also conducts vital research on national and local policies, pushing for legislative change that will improve the outcomes for victims and survivors of abuse and violence in the LGBT+ community.
How you can help
Galop has been supporting LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence for more than 40 years. Every donation helps the charity reach people in need, and offer them support when they need it most.
- £10 could go towards door chains or window locks for an LGBT+ person facing abuse and violence at their home
- £25 could go towards emotional support for an LGBT+ person experiencing abuse and violence
- £50 could buy clothing for an LGBT+ person who has to flee with nothing
- £150 could get a young LGBT+ person fleeing abuse and violence off the streets for a night
- £500 could provide everything that a victim fleeing abuse and violence would need to escape and be set up in safe accommodation with food and household essentials
